NYC is the largest system in the nation, and the Educational Industrial Complex decimated the schools and silenced the voice of the teachers in a blatant abuse of civil rights. Now, having escaped any accountability for this destruction, they are once again intimidating teachers who explain the truth to parents about opting out.
