Time and again the Western states' policy relies on military power to win them economic success. The USA seeks to eliminate nuclear capacity of democratic Russia by building the antimissile defense and surrounding Russia and China by military bases and the American navy. China reacted to the growing numbers of the U.S. navy ships in the Pacific ocean by raising its military spending. Russia reacts by introducing new weapons of mass destruction into its arsenal, including psychotronic weapons (http://en.rian.ru/military_news/20120322/172332421.html), which are in sharp contrast with principles of democracy (those weapons are in advanced stage of development in the USA and other states as well (http://www.globalresearch.ca/psychotronic-and-electromagnetic-weapons-remote-control-of-the-human-nervous-system/5319111)) . In this way the USA is teaching China and Russia the path of competition for the military control of the world, which might prove to be detrimental to mankind in the future.

Since, according to the Russians, the threat of Russian nuclear weapons should be eliminated by the U.S. anti-missile shield by the year 2018, psychotronic weapons are supposed to replace nuclear weapons, which so far were deterring the USA from unjustified military attack on Iran. They could be used to inflict heavy casualties and eventually kill whole populations with the speed of light. If the USA were able to understand that this world has become a global economic space, that is open for all and not only for the U.S. banks, those weapons, which could be used as well to manipulate minds of whole populations and for that matter are posing a fundamental threat to democracy, could be banned internationally. Instead their existence is classified in a complex way (the reference to the author's website demanding the ban of those weapons -- http://mojmir.webuda.com -- was first blocked on Facebook and Twitter and then the whole website was deleted from the Internet).   This aggravates the situation where the civilization that produced extremely benign conditions for human life reached the stage of crisis and persists in the risk that it will perish in the world war. The escalation of conflict in Syria is heading the world in this direction.

According to old political wisdom the foreign and internal politics are communicating vessels. It looks very probable that the same bankers    who are keeping the world at the brink of the world war are playing with the idea of elimination of democracy. American democracy is declining since 9/11 terrorist attacks, which could easily have been prevented by the U.S. intelligence agencies, if they had such intent. In the dust of the World Trade Center there were found explosives produced only by the U.S. Department of Defense (http://www.benthamscience.com/open/tocpj/openaccess2.htm). The proposal for the new investigation of anthrax attacks, with participation of the U.S. Academy of sciences, is still pending in Congress. The question is whether it is not for the lack of confidence that they will find a sufficient number of corrupt scientists who would support the results of the FBI investigation. Bruce Ivins, who was accused of the attacks, had had neither the scientific knowledge nor the technical equipment to be able to produce the sophisticated powder that was used in the second batch of the anthrax letters. Such capabilities had the CIA in the laboratory Battelle (http://www.anthraxinvestigation.com/Anthrax_Science.pdf). Were those blunders intended to help the U.S. foreign policy or were they aimed as well to gradually eliminate U.S. democracy by depriving U.S. citizens of their right to privacy?

This year the former vice-president of the USA, Al Gore, told NBC News: "Our democracy has been hacked. It is not working the way our founders intended and we need to fix it. The influence of big money--the belief that might can make right--that is the subversion of what our country is supposed to be" (http://www.nbcnews.com/id/3036789/ns/msnbc-morning_joe/#50637310).

James Rickards expects that if the U.S. will return to gold standard in chaotic fashion, it will cause civil unrest and domestic military operations (http://kingworldnews.com/kingworldnews/Broadcast/Entries/2010/12/7_Jim_Rickards__Part_II_files/Jim%20Rickards%2012%3A7%3A2010.mp3). Is that the reason why the U.S. domestic agencies bought in the past two years so much ammunition that they have got 5 bullets for each American (http://www.examiner.com/article/what-is-the-federal-government-preparing-for)?

Karen Hudes, who worked for 20 years at the World Bank and was fired for blowing the whistle on multiple problems at the World Bank, said recently to New American: "What is really going on is that the world's resources are being dominated by this group.  I realized we were now dealing with something known as state capture, which is where the institutions of government are co-opted by the group that's corrupt ... The pillars of the U.S. government -- some of them -- are dysfunctional because of state capture; this is a big story, this is a big cover up.... The group that we are talking about ... that's the Federal Reserve ... So the Federal Reserve secretly dominated the world economy using secret, interlocking corporate directorates, and terrorizing anybody who managed to figure out that they were having any kind of role, and putting people in very important positions so that they could get a free pass." The article further explains: "-Hudes recognizes that the world is facing serious danger right now -- there are even plans in place to impose martial law in the United States," she said. The next steps will be critical for humanity. As such, Hudes argues, "it is crucial that the people of the world find out about the lawlessness, corruption, and thievery that are going on at the highest levels -- and put a stop to it once and for all. The consequences of inaction would be disastrous" (http://www.thenewamerican.com/economy/economics/item/15473-world-bank-insider-blows-whistle-on-corruption-federal-reserve).

Apparently the bankers, who caused the last financial crisis, are afraid that they might lose control of the world financial system and the profits they are making in this way.   Due to this they are ready to do anything to stop this from happening. It is certainly not their intent to defend democracy or the free-market economy. The latest news of the NSA secret-surveillance program proves that the U.S. government, in case it would declare martial law in order to protect failing bankers against the angry citizens, would have at hand all means to be able to deprive the U.S. citizens of their capability to organize their defense.
