I graduated in 1972 at Charles University in Prag in philosophy and economy. In 1978 I signed in with the human rights organization in the communist Czechoslovakia and in 1981 I emigrated to the USA. In 1988 I came back to Czechoslovakia. I am publishing articles in the Czech Internet newspaper Britske Listy.

It Seems the Ban of Psychotronic Weapons Hinges on Russia and China--Hmm After the references on article demanding ban of "psychotronic" weapons appeared on information websites of the United Nations, European Parliament, and U.S. government EPA, it is apparently on governments of Russia and China to decide to join the international negotiations on this ban.

How far in the future is the ban of psychotronic weapons? Russia made psychotronic weapons a part of the state arms procuring program; NATO countries made them part of a non-lethal weapons program. But, there is no law protecting the citizens of these countries from the use of those weapons by governing powers.

Last year Russians again opposed U.S. military attack on Iran and USA are again planning for European missile defense.
