Now McCain is painting the label of a socialist on Barack Obama. Does he not get it that we have had enough of labels? First of all through his belief in deregulation is one of the reasons that Wall Street imploded. Through this multi-billion bailout the government was forced to socialize the banking industry. So, who helped socialize our financial institutions? It was McCain and not Barack Obama.
I do believe in this one powerful endorsement coming from Colin Powell since I feel he has the bona fides to reach out to those undecided still in this election and maybe pick off some who have gravitated towards McCain. I think through his appearance on Meet the Press, he rose again to the defense of this country of ours by telling voters they will have a steady hand at the helm in a President Obama. I do think Americans deserve that as well as the rest of the world who still look to us. But, it is up to all of us to get out on Election Day to come to the aid of our country and elect Barack Obama President of the United States of America.
