Bureaucracy will find its solution if we seriously decide to attack it at the very root. There no sector in Venezuela where bureaucracy has not taken hold ... it should be declared Public Enemy #1 by all Venezuelans ... it is a monster that is intentionally targeted by "fifth columnist."
We must develop new ministries, institutions and/or restructure, centralize and/or decentralize etc. ... if we only open our minds, if we only change our attitudes towards productivity, efficiency and commitment to work for the Bolivarian homeland, we will be raining on Corruption's parade!
The 'Revolution within the Revolution' is gaining strength with each passing day and will become a tremendous clarion call for justice.
