AI PHONE BOTS
"Real people" answering the phone at businesses is so rare, people have been known to hang up from the shock of an actual human voice. Phone bots have so saturated communications, it is joked that one of these days when you call 911, you'll hear: If you are having a heart attack, press 1; If you are having trouble breathing, press 2; if you are bleeding from any orifice, press 3.
