Since president Biden had promised during his campaign that he would renew the JCPOA agreement .There has been several rounds of negotiation in Vienna with no results. Iran wants U.S. to drop the sanctions and start new where they left off. It appears that the U.S. under the pressure of Israel wants additional limitation on Iran military, including The Iranian missile program.
Future
The negotiations are supposed to restart on Nov 29th, there are many predictions and opinions from every corner of the world. However , experience has proven to me that the only thing one can predict about the Middle East is that nothing is predictable in the Middle East
