If these latest incidents perpetrated by Israel are the catalyst for a larger Middle East conflict we should expect besides Hezbollah Islamic militants in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the Arab monarchies on the Persian Gulf i.e. UAE, Bahrain, Qatar the Houthi's in Yemen, possibly Iran and Turkey joining the fray with the US joining in support of Israel.
If such a scenario unfolds then where can a diplomatic solution be found?
The UN Security Council has been stymied primarily by a US veto of any condemnation of Israel. Will this continue?
Russia, China, India acting in concert may be the only countries that can provide diplomacy as they're the only countries that have diplomatic relations with all the potential belligerents.
At this point one can't go beyond mere speculation of what may develop.
But leave no doubt a wider Middle East war will be extremely deadly and unpredictable for all involved.
Stay tuned.
