And what about Senator Warren's "empathy" principle? It's hardly better than Gorsuch's "rule-of-law" principle. The problem with our society is the class inequality that manifests as some being rich and others poor. What we need is not supposed empathy for the poor in a judicial system set up to administer class inequality, but the abolition of class inequality itself so there are no rich and no poor.
