The only one to be prosecuted in connection with the Bush torture program was former CIA agent John Kirakou. You remember him. He's the man who blew the whistle that Obama wrapped around his neck. Torture doesn't get a rise out of Obama.
Trial. What's that? They can put you under permanent detention without trial, courtesy of the NDAA. Even under military or civil law it's a long lockdown to trial. Your detention or jail time won't be pretty. Bradley Manning wasn't just locked up. He was tortured while after he was locked up for telling the public what it needed to know. Americans across the nation have protested the mistreatment of Bradley Manning. Did that slow down the Obama's Misministration's torment and prosecution? No.
Don't think the U.S. Government won't go after you just because you are not an American. Look at Julian Assange of Wikileaks fame. In his case, the financial institutions cut off the ability of donors to donate to Wikileaks. You have the banks and the U.S. Government in collusion to destroy the public's right to know. Government leaders and banks executives all belong in jail for their lies and violations of the U.S. Constitution. But you won't see it. They want you to take their place.
Want to rob consumers blind? If you are a financial institution you can steal what you want. Obama will reward you by giving you bailout money you don't need. Why do the banks need more money? Aren't they making record profits? Aren't they getting enough from stealing the houses of Americans taxpayers? Who does the Constitution say runs this country?
Women Tortured and Dying
Why do local authorities, the California Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney General consistently fail or refuse to look at documented embezzlement, grand theft, forgeries, Internet and mail fraud?
