Learn from the anti-abortion states that offer rewards to people who report people who get or aid an abortion. Providing rewards for people who report semiautomatic weapon owners. Create an agency given the task of collecting the 20 million semi-automatic weapons owned by non-police/non-military.
I don't want to see any more dead students or teachers. It will take strong actions to make it happen. But it needs to be done.
