Two years after they signed the treaty, Japan invaded and annexed Manchuria. Four years after that Italy overran Ethiopia. Neither declared war. Japan and Italy depended on imported oil to run their war machines. There was talk of boycotts that never materialized. The private corporations that sold oil obeyed their own dictates as they still do. Later on, in an attempt to provoke war, America issued an oil and steel embargo on Japan. That ploy worked. Given the devious nature of the thugs that run western civilization, and all the others for that matter, boycotts became a favorite way to incite and wage war without actually declaring it. The USA and their European lackeys now use boycotts, sanctions and blockades to starve and bankrupt target nations into submission; all by despotic imperial decree. The World War never ends; it just takes different guises. Force-fed a constant stream of war propaganda; Americans think it is the natural human condition. Emotionally drained and psychologically ruined by war and the perpetual threat of war, the American people have grown indifferent to evil and watch untroubled as a tyrannical police-state enforces the brutal mechanics of the modern war-machine.
