Former areas of Ukraine from Crimea in 2014 to Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhe regions in 2022 are now all part of Russia after popular referendums were held. They will not be part of negotiations ending the war.
New elections for president and legislature of Ukraine must be held and neo-Nazis will not be allowed to run for office.
Ukraine will forever be a neutral state and never to join NATO.
There will have to be a UN Security Council agreement calling for a multi-national peace keeping troop deployment in Ukraine after the war ends.
The Ukraine military will be reduced in size and no neo-Nazis be a part of it.
No nuclear weapons ever in Ukraine.
Russian speaking people in Ukraine will not be discriminated against.
All Russian troops now in Ukraine will end their deployment as soon as a peace agreement is reached.
Zelensky continuing as the Ukraine regime's leader is a problem. He's unlikely to voluntarily step down on his own. If he continues to attack Russian energy and infrastructure Trump will have to step in and stop all US financial, intelligence, satellite and weapons support for Ukraine.
Otherwise the war will continue because its leader has illusions of grandeur of winning the war when in reality it's already lost.
