 The corporations of the world are ruling our country. And there's not a damn thing we can do about it until we create a system of public financing of campaigns--a system that disallows the private funding of campaigns for public office.
 This is going to be really hard, but we, as a people are going to have to wake up and start working to fix our country.Â
This stuff isn't going to fix itself. Obama can't carry us over the finish line on his back.
Wake up folks. Just because Arlan Specter came over to our side doesn't mean that everything is good now. There's a lot of work to be done. This is a government of the people and for the people, right?
