Enough despair-mongering! Try to start sentences, and solicitations, with "We're going to win because...", rather than "We're going to lose because you voters aren't coughing up enough sheer cash..." to overcome the dirty GOP billionaires' support, permitted by the verdammt Citizens United USSC ruling, for utterly unqualified candidates like Herschel Walker!
Find out who the billionaires are (as the late billionaire Sheldon Adelson, who advocated the use of nuclear weapons by Israel against Iran, and donated hundreds of millions of his publicly disclosed $38 billion wealth to the GOP's PACs) and hammer THEM. Tell the country and the world who is turning the democratic process into an auction! Dox them, let us write letters to them directly, and demonstrate outside their gated mansions.
No more emails in whining despair, please. We know we're right (not Right), and we know that the philosophy of the late Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi ("winning isn't everything, it's the only thing") is WRONG, for the United States and its people to live by.
I have given somewhere between $100 and $300 to Democratic candidates, in this midterm campaign, most of it to the two top-of-the-ticket Georgians (Abrams and Rev. Warnock) up for election. With some calculatedly focused ammunition against the only semi-literate, negative-baggage-toting Herschel Walker, Raphael Warnock should win that race handily.
Has Warnock challeged him to a debate or debates? Warnock would dissect Walker, cut him ever' way but loose, in any such public event. Has Stacey Abrams challenged Gov. Kemp? If these debates are not scheduled for October, you ARE just tossing money down a hole.
Since I wrote this, I have found that there will be a debate between Warnock and Walker on October 14. Walker has ducked the traditional number of such debates in Georgia--three-- TWICE, and efforts are still being made to get him to confirm a second debate.
Walker is the least literate target the GOP is putting up, but there are others almost as bad, including your opponent Mehmet Oz, no matter for his M.D. (Rand Paul's an M.D. too). Force the Republicans to confront and counter Democratic accusations in publicly-conducted debates and candidate forums (primaries being over, we know who each of those candidates are), going down to county, state and local election-officials, and representatives, wherever they are running.
I am in the process of writing the longest single poem (in English) of the 21st century, an epic poem covering the Russian war against Ukraine, and the people of that sovereign nation's stout and patriotic defense of their very national and cultural existence. The poem cannot be resolved until Putin and Putinism no longer hold sway in the nation (not just the territory) of Ukraine, but it is my prayer that he and it can be removed from power in Russia, and thereby from Ukraine.
