The fraud, relative to appointment of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court, a matter that is central to integrity of the administration of the Supreme Court, amounts to breach of loyalty, or treason in high places! [11-12]
In parallel to unprecedented corruption of the justice system, the last couple of decades in Israel have also been characterized by the opening of unprecedented gaps in income and asset distributions, much of it, under the color of law -- through actions in the courts. [13]
The 2013 Human Rights Alert submission described conditions of the justice system in Israel, "a constitutional crisis in a nation with no constitution". [5]
Under Presiding Justice Grunis, corruption of the justice system has reached unprecedented level. And Presiding Justice Asher Grunis cannot be trusted with restoration of the integrity of office of Chief Clerk, and with it, integrity of the Supreme Court itself.
Presiding Justice Asher Grunis must resign!
Conditions in the Israeli courts mimic conditions in the US federal courts. Similar fraudulent electronic-record systems had been implemented in the federal US courts a decade or two earlier. [14] And according to the Israeli State Ombudsman's report (2010), US-base corporation IBM and ESD, were involved in implementation of fraudulent electronic-record systems in the Israeli courts, in violation of the law of the State of Israel. [7]
Both in the US and in Israel, corruption of the courts and the legal profession is central to the current socio-economic crisis!
