* AG Mandelblit and State Attorney Shay Nitzan are defending a Supreme Court petition their purported authority to pervert expert witness testimony in a murder trial -- in the Dr Hen Kugel affair. In short, they invented and new commandment: "Thou shalt bear false witness against thy neighbor".
* Indisputable evidence indicates fraud in the Central Election Committee computers, which raises serious concerns of election fraud. However, there is no chance of true investigation of the matter.
* Indisputable evidence shows perversion of police investigation, false prosecution and perversion of court process in the murder trial against Roman Zadorov. However, AG Mandelblit refuses to permit investigation of criminal complaints, which were lawfully filed against police, prosecutors and judges in this despicable affair. Law Professor Mota Kremintzer wrote: "Conduct of the prosecution in the Zadorov case is scary. When you add to it the position of the Supreme Court and the Attorney General in recent years, we are left with a justice system, which is primarily busy protecting itself."
Now, since Mandelblit's conduct generates public protest, and justly so, Mandelblit is trying to suppress fundamental Civil Rights with help from the police"
Already last summer, law professor, former Justice Minister Daniel Friedman testified in the Constitution, Law and Justice Knesset Committee: "It is impossible that the Attorney General would declare -- I am the law! He is not authorized to establish the law, to shut up the State, not let anybody voice an opinion..."
Prof Yaron Zelekha wrote: "A gang of criminals took over the State"...
Our response: Non-violent civil disobedience!
