The bipolar "shadow" form of both the masculine Lover archetype and the feminine Lover archetype in the human psyche is designated the Impotent Lover "shadow" form.
This brings me now to how Moore's vision of optimal psychological human development conflicts with the Roman Catholic Church's moral vision of individual personal development.
For all practical purposes, the Roman Catholic Church's moral vision treats the Impotent Lover "shadow" form of the masculine Lover archetype of maturity in the human psyche, and the feminine Lover "shadow" form of the feminine Lover archetype in the human psyche, as representing the ideal of moral development.
As I said with respect to Moore's vision of the optimal psychological human development of both the feminine Lover archetype and the masculine Lover archetype in the human psyche, it is possible that no one has ever yet learned how to access both the optimal and positive form of the feminine Lover archetype and the masculine Lover archetype in the human psyche. That is why I describe Moore's theory of optimal psychological development as a vision.
