TB:
Yes, it is so good for teenagers going through any kind of emotional journey, giving them a chance to find themselves in a safe space, and working on building reslience and confidence. Because let's face it, we can't control what the world tells us, but we can control the story we tell outselves.
MAB:
What a empowering concept to learn at a young age! I noticed that you also have downloadable calendars and a downloadable "Power of Yet" poster-- I have been using Growth Mindset principals with my art students of all ages, and I have your poster hanging in my art studio and classroom, now. "Yet" is so empowering!
Please tell us about your Eight-Week Kindness Challenge .
TB:
Yes, our Eight-Week Kindness Challenge was created to help make kindness into a daily habit by focusing on a weekly theme. It is free so everyone can participate in ripples of kindness! The sign up form for the eight-week challenge is on my home page, just scroll down to the bottom to access it.
MAB:
Thank you for visiting us, Tess, and for your contributions toward helping the world focus on more kindness...do you have any last thoughts before we wrap up? And please give us your online info.
TB:
Well, some important concepts to me are that the best gift you can give someone does not come wrapped in paper--gifts of time, a simple smile or an act of kindness are far more valuable, with longer lasting positive effects.
And thanks, you can find us on Facebook and Instagram.
MAB:
That's a lovely thought to end with, thank you!
