These are some of the ideas I have after listening to Ralph Nader's Breaking Through Power, presentation in Seattle 2016.
Military
Reduce the military budget by at least 75% within 4 years. Sell, turnover, enter into joint economic ventures with the host countries for use of the base.
Withdraw from NATO within 12 months.
Establish an international trust fund to be paid for by the US globalists to provide full spectrum assistance to countries and their peoples who have been "tampered with" by the US elites.
Repatriate soldiers and military personnel to the US as part of an effort to transfer military ownership of technology to civilian use for public improvement, infrastructure and community and economic development.
Complete a multi year audit, determine who knew and did what when, prosecute for malfeasance, and claw back all ill gotten gains that accrued to such individuals and businesses, and sentence to long prison terms.
Recover public assets and punish corporatists
Repatriate the trillions of tax dollars that the ruling elites' enterprises have avoided paying to the US Treasury. Prosecute individuals for influence peddling, bribery, favoritism and malfeasance. Sentence perpetrators to life in prison terms and claw back additional wealth of their holdings irrespective of its location in the world.
Nationalize major national security sectors such as oil,
mining, pharmaceutical, medical and agriculture.Return all privatized public assets sold to the elites by their tools in government. Punish the perpetrators with long sentences and claw back any wealth they have gained at the expense of the public.
Invest in environmental remediation, mass transportation, education, sciences, art and provide publicly supported media outlets, training, education and financial assistance for worker owned cooperatives.
Since corporations are people "too",
starting with Monsanto Corporation review the misdeeds of corporations for violations of health, physical and financial death, prosecuting where discovered and meting out capital punishment in the case of flagrant disregard for the health and safety of the publicfor owners of 1% or greater of share value. Claw back wealth of current and past owners and sentence corporate board members, present and former management according to the magnitude of their misdeeds.

Implement a 95% tax on all income over $500,000, claw back any wealth accumulated over generations, including the return of real property back to the commons.
