The Radio Program and website relating this is issue which includes the names of the write in Candidates, and also the law which is under FCC Rule. My issue is what's the point of having write-in candidates if indeed what Attorney Berlin is stating is fact: That Congress called the shots on the law, a law which has not basis of equal rights for citizens to run in the elections unless they have clout, money power and influence which was seem in the Chicago Mayoral Election.
They have placed former Governor Ron Blaglovich into federal court of corruption but then there very same justice system backed by the actions of Congress allow for the very corruption to exist without course of due process of law.
These are legal questions which should be giving up to the Supreme Court to answer.
(1) How is a write in candidate allow equal rights to media when candidates of clout power and money can influence their right to free press and or equal rights to forms? The FCC states that Congress removed the Fairness Doctrine, Congress then has given no right to the FCC to enforce and or no anything about political figures forcing organizations churches and other groups not to allow other candidates equal debate and or air time if they are present.
(2) What is a Write in Candidate if their names are not posted for the public to know who they are? Why a write have in system there is no rules and no one counts these votes as it seems to be indicted within the laws that Congress passed?
(3) Therefore since congress is made up of politicians who are attorneys in many cases then the issue of corruption can grow within the intent to self protect so can if be alleged that Congress as placed a failsafe guard within the FCC Rules and that of the Board Of Elections throughout the Unites States in order to protect themselves and also to use selective process to deny the civil rights of citizens to because write in candidates and or people who seek election as candidates within all of the states?
(4) Can Candidates use force and pressure to force others out of the process without any legal right to those doing so as maybe using influence peddling. Like in the so called allegations against Former Governor Ron Blaglovich of Illinois?
These are the same issues that denied Congressman Ron Paul rights and others for years. In the past politicians within office used workers to go out and raise campaign funds, and work the street for signatures again this guarantee their political future not the issue of the people. Its having the people on staff like family families and others who you give work to and money and they in turn become your legs the more workers you have the more clout and power you have developed thus now you control a empire that no one can stop. So in the back door you award contracts more jobs, they back door money into your campaign and you move money left and right which should be earmarked for the concerns of the people. Whereby you more money and work for those who aid you to stay in and in the backdoor you get earmarks which are politically tied gift and then this is when to corruption begins.
It seems that Congress is very busy on the issue of Steroid and Ball Players but within the numous concerns of the public which includes not having the money to balance congressal budgets, not having money for state aid, or helping the poor within the walls of the US our concern is more about corporate owned sports teams and issue of the drugs they use.
The Congress does not realized two wars declared without their declaration and it advancing into the hands of the UN now the rule is there is no rule and we have no justice system involved within any process of investigation. You call they are not handling it or refuse to investigate. You and I are paying for this and from what the FCC is stating they create who is the already selected to become mayors and hold other offices because Congress Set up the law to make it so!
