Two days ago it was reported that a Utah woman by the name of Megan Huntsman killed seven babies she had given birth to in the last ten years. Meanwhile, we had a man by the name of F. Glenn Miller kill three people in the Kansas City, Kansas area. He was a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan and a Neo-Nazi. He was known by the FBI as a racist and bigot, and is less than human. Today, April 15, 2014, we marked one year since terrorist brothers killed three individuals at the Boston Marathon. I have one question. Why is the story of Megan Huntsman not more prevalent in the news? Not a single word was reported on the morning news shows such as CBS This Morning.
All seven of the infants were either strangled or suffocated, and placed in cardboard boxes in a garage in which she had previously lived. She has been charged with six counts of murder. Why the seventh has not be charged has not been revealed by authorities, but she claimed that one of the infants was still born.
She has admitted that she gave birth to each of the children, who were fathered by her ex-husband.
Last Saturday, Darren Huntsman, her ex-husband, was cleaning out the garage where she had previously lived and found the bodies of the infants. The house is now occupied by three older daughters of the Huntsman family age 13-20. Megan Huntsman moved out of the house in 2011, forcing the daughters to live on their own.
Darren Huntsman was recently released from prison on drug related charges. He is not charged with knowledge of the deceased infants, and authorities have not given any explanation.
The charges against Megan Huntsman define her as a serial killer. And once again I ask the question 'why is this not a major story'?
I am asking myself, 'is this a cover-up by the police'? Is this an issue Utah wants to go away? Is the Mormon Church involved?
When a woman drives her children into the surf in Florida, it is national news. Why is this not treated in the same fashion?
