Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Jean Hay Bright of Maine takes her opponent, Olympia Snowe, to task for distortions and omissions in a television ad. Hay Bright says Snowe is afraid to admit that she supports the Iraq war and the Bush-Cheney agenda, and that Snowe misleads voters by claiming to "stand up for the rights of women" even though she voted to confirm Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court.
