I am largely self-taught in most of the fields and practices listed. Although I have taken advanced classes and training whenever that seemed the best way to learn new skills, techniques and bodies of knowledge.
I have also been a political and social activist for most of my life, attending my first progressive fundraiser when I was still a young child.
At this point my life is largely dedicated to helping people find solutions to difficult health problems.
