I am a proud Canadian. Working in high-tech engineering for decades I am an expert in hardware & software for RF data comms, GPS tracking/monitoring, and robust hardened mobile electronics.

In response to 911, my business partner and I developed a leading edge solution to analyzing, monitoring & tracking containerized cargo globally. To do this R&D I personally financed the project with my own after-tax savings and assets.

The outrageous response of my country's tax arm, the CRA, was to assess the prerevenue R&D business with huge undeclared income, and to follow up with an assessment on me personally for high undeclared income. It takes an accountant less than three hours to verify my story, but I have been fighting the taxman for over ten years!

I would love to get in front of a superior court judge, but the CRA has locked up all my financial means AND refuses to charge me with tax evasion. Handcuffed in purgatory, I have limited ability to put together an effective legal attack. I am now an advocate for others that get their rights abused without cause, writing to and meeting elected officials to bring attention on an autocratic bureau within our democracy.
