A possible ecological disaster is in the offing. An oil-storage facility (i.e. an anchored tanker) off the South Yemen coast at the mouth of the Red Sea has begun to rust, making a break-up more likely. The vessel contains four times as much oil as the Exxon Valdez, which caused the worst environmental disaster in US history.
