Farmers and consumers need to know what is in conventional and organic food and how that affects our lives. It is not a matter of technology but one of political will to make the changes needed to improve our health away from cancer and other non-infectious disease, improving our environment, making more fresh water available, returning our soils to health, and reducing the biggest carbon contributor to global climate change.
