Katie Hickox is a concerned citizen and volunteer for election integrity. She is a member of several Democratic clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area and has helped with recent local appearances since 2006 by authors Mark Crispin Miller, Richard Hayes Phillips and Greg Palast. In 2004, she worked for a venture capital firm in which two partners were also top California fundraisers for Senator John Kerry. When she wasn't working her day job, she helped the Kerry campaign. After Kerry lost in Ohio after being ahead in the polls, exit polls and also the early voting returns, she looked into what happened and discovered many stories about rigged voting in Ohio counties; these stories surprisingly did not get picked up by major media organizations. After reading Mark Crispin Miller's, "Fooled Again", one of the first books written about the stolen Nov 2004 election in Ohio, she became motivated to raise awareness by fellow Democrats about what happened in Ohio in order to stop another election theft from happening again.
You can read some of her posts here: Robert Kennedy Jr. Speaks About the Media , What is Max Cleland's problem? , Stolen elections are a mere "distraction," says Sen. Boxer . She has also written extensively on Beatles related events she has attended such as Sir Paul McCartney's June 1st Liverpool concert for Liverpool's highly esteemed 2008 European Capital of Culture award: Sir Paul makes the clouds part in Liverpool
