Rosemarie Jackowski is an advocacy journalist living in Vermont. She was arrested for her participation in a peaceful protest of the war. She was tried, found guilty, and sentenced. After years of legal battles, which included an Appeal to the State Supreme Court, all Charges were finally dismissed. The government then announced plans to Retry her.
