Carl Dix is a leader in the struggle against mass incarceration. He is a long time revolutionary leader and a representative of the Revolutionary Communist Party. He has remained true to his revolutionary worldview as a political activist from the 1960's. He has been consistently critical of imperialist war while supporting revolutionary struggles and the oppression of Black people, along with many other issues.
