He is a graduate of the State University of New York medical school with eleven years of postgraduate studies in universities and research institutes, including Mallory Institute of Pathology (Harvard, Boston University, Tufts), Brandeis Graduate Department of Biochemistry, the National Institutes of Health, and the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco. His original research at Brandeis, NIH, and the UCSF biochemistry department has been published in prestigious journals including Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, British Journal of Bacteriology and others. Numerous scientists have quoted his work in immunology, bacteriology, and other fields.
At present, he continues pro bono work, as well as writing on diverse subjects. Recently, he has spearheaded an innovative website to bring people together to share ideas (Earth Post). This is a participatory website that makes it possible for people to post and share their scientific and artistic ideas, contributing to a better world. It is the author’s intuition that we are at the evolutionary phase transition point to change from an individualistic, competitive society to an altruistic, cooperative, global community.
He has detailed this in his book: "A Comprehensive Theory of Evolution, Thermoinfocomplexity." His other recent three books have been on the topic of health care economics: "Universal Health Care System for the United States of America: A Disruptive Innovation", "Health and the Economy: A New One-Step Solution", "Health Care without Corruption: An Innovative, Nonprofit Solution".
These books are the most comprehensive treatment of health care economics in the world to this date. His collection of poems in "The Mystic’s New Eyeglasses: A Deeper Vision", amalgamates heart and mind / east & west / art & science, leading to his final book, "A Comprehensive Theory of Evolution, Thermoinfocomplexity."
This extensive book outlines an evolutionary theory that is scale-free and goes beyond the bounds of biology, detailing the physical laws that operate in emergence of all complex adaptive systems with applications to computer science, engineering, socio-economics and more.
