Hold Republican Senators legally accountable to uphold their Oath of Office and Vote on Judge Garland for the SCOTUS.
Republicans are vowing not to confirm any Supreme Court
nominee Obama makes, and have done so both in fact and with a signed
Oath. This recent Oath violates their Oath of Office which says: "I do
solemnly swear (or affirm) that...I will well and faithfully discharge
the duties of the office on which I am about to enter..."Republican
Senators need to be held LEGALLY accountable and there is both
precedent and procedures to do so. To advise and consent regarding a
Supreme Court Justice is not "optional," it is required and it is a
jail-able Constitutional felony to refuse to do so. See here:
