Tell Obama to clean out the DoJ! n addition to the US Attorneys appointed by President Bush,there are several high level Bush appointees still in control of all criminal cases against all public officials.It is time for President Obama to "change" the direction of the DOJ from the Bush policies to his policies.Please email the White House and tell President Obama to clean house of all Bush holdovers at the DOJ and to immediately remove the Bush-appointed US

How Selective Prosecution Can Affect Every Member of Congress If the United States government wins its case against me,it would set a dangerous precedent. Any Member of the U.S. House or US Senate could be prosecuted for supporting legislation favored by a contributor.A bipartisan group of 54 state Attorneys General told the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that "such an interpretation puts at risk every politician who accepts a campaign contribution."a chilling precedent for 1st amendment

Karl Rove is all out of second chances. My friends at CREDO Mobile/CREDO Action have been very supportive of my fight for justice and have been active in the push to have Karl Rove come forth and testify. I've included one of their action alerts below and I hope you'll sign their petition asking Attorney General Eric Holder to uphold his duties and take swift action to compel Karl Rove to testify -- or face the consequences.
