As a Democrat, I really didn't expect much from Senator Kirk of Beijing upon his stumbling into office. Indeed, I expected him to cling like a baby opossum to its mother with every obstructive, ridiculous, counterproductive and seditious position that modern Republicanism can lyingly devise to undermine this nation.
However, with his stated withdrawal of support from the Cap and Trade legislation, which he voted for in the House, because of "the personal and political collapse of Vice President Gore," he has managed to embarrass the entire State of Illinois. Presumably, he disapproves of the former Vice President for being accused of unwanted sexual contact with a masseuse, so he thinks that everyone in this nation should be choking on the vilest pollution that his corporate paymasters can produce because of his priggish sensibilities.
Mark, I've got to tell ya, you're going to disapprove of me as well, because there is no question that you're jerking me off with that imbecilic banter, and that is definitely unwanted contact.
I'm still trying to determine whether I'm more irritated by bald-faced, shameless lying, or the unquestionably contemptuous opinion you hold for my good sense in thinking that I'd buy such a profoundly stupid statement as that.
