Finally several decades of corruption and incompetence has done its job. Iran with its large reservoirs of oil and natural gas is so short on cash that it cannot unload the cargo of the ships in its ports in the Persian Gulf.

This problem has caused serious problems in the streets of Iranian cities. Shortages of food and medicine along with ever increasing inflation has made daily life extremely difficult for Iranian people.
