Here it is. The White House releas ed this document on Wednesday, showing a July call between President Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine. The document warned its contents were “not a verbatim transcript.” This transcript is accompanied by notes on the side, pointing out some crucial things.
