Indigenous leader Red Fawn, who allegedly fired a firearm while at Standing Rock, can get life impisonment for this alleged crime. Red Fawn was framed - this is but one of the ways the Deep State takes out activists and leaders who would help galvanize the people.
The deck was stacked so heavily against Red Fawn that her defense caved, and plea bargained for up to 7 years - IF the plea bargain is accepted. If not, she goes to trial for a possible life sentence for allegedly firing a gun that, it turns out, belongs to her seducer and betrayer, Heath Harmon, a Fort Berthold reservation member... who just happened to be an FBI informant (and possible tool of Tiger Swan and Energy Transfer Partners.)
