Under this new system the creation of fiat money would be prohibited. In place of a Greenspan “pumping” the money supply, such speculative action would be replaced by re-regulated bank deposits.
With such effective national control the reign of speculation through cartel control would be terminated. Stability would then replace bazaar style speculation with wildly disproportionate results, capped by taxpayers swallowing the losses of monopolistic speculators.
