As previously reported, Jaycee was raised inOrange County, California until she was 11 years old. Her familythen moved to South Lake Tahoe, California, to escapecrime. As some believe,Orange County is one of the most affluent and safest places to live and raise children. I cannot help but wonder if there is some type of"secret" and/or "horrific" crime that motivated and/or forced Jaycee's family and other families like myself,to leave Orange County, California.
It is no secret, withfactsrevealed incivil and criminalpublic court files available for anyone to review, that the affluent and political powers in Orange County, California, havea long history of ignoring crimes committed by politically-connected and influential individuals, sometimes interfering with the right to the fairadministration of justice. The following information is submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice for review and investigation:
MELISSA HUCKABY
The Mercury News reported on July 2, 2010, "Melissa Huckaby's parents speak out for first time on NBC's 'Today", at http://www.mercurynews.com/crime-courts/ci_15429166, that "Huckaby has struggled with emotional issues since reportedly being raped by a police officer when she was 19. The details surrounding the claim remain unknown. As a result, said Brian Lawless, Huckaby's father, she never got the mental health treatment she needed."
Melissa Huckaby has pled guilty, will spend the rest of her life inprison, has publicly expressed remorse for the pain she has causedSandra Cantu's parents, family and friends. There is no way to justify thekilling ofan innocent child and there never will be. However, I am only one person, with little resources to research concerns about whether or not Melissa Huckabywas denied justice when she was reported rapeby a trusted Cypress Police Department official.
It is important to note that Melissa Huckaby, like Jaycee Dugard, lived in Orange County, California, when she wasraped at the age of 19 years old. As a mother of three daughters, the rape of a child, at any age,is terrifying -- andvictims of sex abuse and rape sometimes never recover from the trauma.Melissa Huckaby's reports ofrapein 1999 may or may not have been thoroughly investigated; however, now that Melissa Huckaby is servingthe rest of her life in prison and labeled as an individual with mental disabilities, the public will most likely never know whether Melissa was denied justice when she was raped in 1999, and denied theprotections she deserved.
AMBER DUBOIS AND CHELSEA KING
As reported in the media, the parents and families of14-year-old Amber Duboisand 17 year old Chelsea King lost their precious daughters forever in San Diego, California. How does anyone heal from this type of horror? Tragically, it appears that there may have beenparole agentswho missed opportunities to send John Albert Gardner III back to prison before he killed Amber Dubois and 17-year-old Chelsea King.
