When I lectured for the World Environmental Conference Dr. Clarice Gaylord of the EPA announced, "We have an epidemic of MS and lupus and cannot identify the toxin." I said, "I'm Betty Martini and I'm here to lecture on MS and lupus and identify the toxin as NutraSweet." I wrote about it when a group of neurologists were discussing the issue. Nancy Markle took the post I wrote and added her name, disorganizing the email. It became viral and when I was identified as the writer I started getting calls from all over the world, especially aspartame victims with MS, so many getting well simply by abstaining from aspartame.
Perhaps the most renown of the aspartame MS victims is documentary filmmaker, Cori
Brackett, who was in a wheelchair for years and hardly able to talk or
walk. She had one of the largest lesions ever diagnosed in an MS
victim.
She stopped with the diet beverages and her lesion shrunk drastically. She called me and exclaimed: "A movie needs to be made about this!" I said, "Tell me about it!" Her reply was: "I own the film company."
Eight
months off aspartame, the huge lesion all but disappeared, I met Cori when
she came to Atlanta to make my part of "Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World."
Everyone should see this film. Some of the MS people funded by the aspartame
industry to this day have refused to let MS victims know that they must abstain from
aspartame to save themselves from this misery.

spoke to her several times before she died and she said the police were outside
her door and she heard them say when she died they were going after her
husband.
An attorney in New York kept scratching his head when a man was accused of poisoning
his wife with methanol, despite the fact that there was no methanol anyone,
including the detectives, could find. Finally he put in the search
engine: Murder by Methanol, and called me because he saw another case I was
working on. It turned out this Mrs. Kovac was using aspartame
because it said "diet" in order to lose weight, but instead, she kept
gaining. (No doubt aspartame has caused this epidemic of obesity because
it makes you crave carbohydrates.) Then she decided to use nothing
but aspartame products and then subsequently died of methanol poisoning.
Just today a new article came in about Health Canada's recent warnings:

It states: "Two in five Canadian adults live with a common chronic disease like heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer, and two-thirds of Canadian adults are overweight or obese."
They
just haven't put it together nor figured it out across the border in Canada.
Aspartame can trigger or precipitate all of these diseases as outlined in the
medical texts and scientific peer-reviewed studies.
On the back cover of Dr. Monte's book he wrote:
"The introduction of aspartame into the food supply of the United States began in the summer of 1981. Since that time, the incidence of Alzheimer's deaths has increased 100-fold (10,000%). Autism has, with no explanation, increased 25 times (2500%). Autoimmune diseases have reached epidemic proportions, with Lupus (SLE) up 300%, and Multiple Sclerosis, Type II Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis are all headed out of control. Cancers, the hallmark of formaldehyde exposure, have exploded. Skin cancer has shot up over 400%, liver cancer has tripled, kidney cancer has doubled, and breast cancer is up 50%. The list goes on....."

D. Searle indicted for fraud and next revoked the petition for approval, that
aspartame is mass poisoning the people.
Today, aspartame disease is often called "Rumsfeld's Plague" because Donald Rumsfeld announced that he would "call in his markers" to get it on the market after the FDA voted to ban it, by political means, rather than scientific or medical.

Notice
what the FDA said in this 50-page document is aspartame couldn't be proven safe
and that it caused brain tumors. The molecule breaks down to among other
things diketopiperazine, a brain tumor-causing agent. FDA also knew (and
continues to know) that almost 100 per cent of independent scientific peer-reviewed studies show the problems aspartame causes.
Even the Trocho Study showed the formaldehyde converted from the free methyl
alcohol embalms living tissue and damages DNA. This research study was conducted

The aspartame industry tried to assassinate his character because he did the study, and the FDA did what they always do when studies show aspartame horrors -- they simply ignore it.
