HERE COMES THE JUDGE! Aspartame and Obesity (Judge William Orick Dismisses Vital Suit)
One of the reasons we wrote this report is in order to educate other judges that to follow suit would be APPALING. Judge Orrick is obviously ignorant of, or is unwilling to accept in this vital judicial context of a suit in Federal court, the fact aspartame causes you to gain weight. Other judges hopefully will do honest research and spare the public of being misled.
