multiple orgasms composed of fear.
I'll bet when you choked your red necked chicken,

This poem is a response to reading a February 2 piece at the Marshall Project that details allegations of other incidents of bodily harm issued by Derek Chauvin to ordinary people doing not much of anything. Judges repeatedly slapped his wrists, justifying his behavior over the years. Let's not forget that Colin Kaepernick was protesting police brutality. (Also, the fascist anthem's a pain in the neck -- who doesn't want to take a knee?.) Derek's chauvinism is a graphic prelude to an ugly, dystopian future. We all must rage against the dying of Liberty's light.
