Imagine you know the "One nation under God" answer to the following question. Who:

- Has the world's most powerful military and diplomatic arsenal?

- Raves about its exceptionalism?

- Sells its explosives to the world as well as its ability to reconstruct at a profit the utilities and cities those explosives destroy?

- Been at war for about 221 years since its 1776 independence?

- Is rated about 67th best/worst out of roughly 200 nations according to the GINI income inequity index?

- Has 1% of its populace controlling 60% of its wealth?

- Moans as 63% of its families are unable to cover a $500 emergency?

- Watches compliantly as the Forbes 400 increases its wealth each year by tens of billions while the poor and middle class watch their net worth stagnate or shrink?

- Wonders and worries as generations become accustomed to understanding the world through rubbing pixels rather than shoulders?

Did you guess this continent?

What if:

- There was one piece of legislation that could address the negatives above that would employ, enlightened, and ennoble Americans in the world's eyes and, in the process, peacefully encircle, contain, and then erase terrorism and warfare igniting in so many places?

- This legislation used a nontraditional-funding mechanism (NTFM) to field 21,000,000 Americans serving over the ensuing 27 years in the following proven effective organizations that build health and goodwill worldwide through the following kinds of existing do-good organizations?
