A human egg is a person in potential.   This mirrors the Psyche (Soul) which also contains potentials.   Within each one of us there are an infinite number of potentials that could unfold in relationship to external events.   This is the reason why our minds are suppressed in industrial educational systems that utilize "teach to the test" methods of instruction.   We do not want the potentials of a child to unfold because this could mean an evolutionary change which would put the "powers that be" out of business.    Hence divine Children from Jesus to Zeus were threatened to be eradicated by the dominating powers of the past.

Thus our children are kept mesmerized by war games on one level (which serves the purpose of brainwashing the kid while also preparing him for military service) and the teach to the test mentality inherent in the "no child left behind" act.    What this entails is the suppression of the inner world (the Feminine, the Psyche, the Soul".think Cinderella and Snow White) that contains within it the potential for change in relationship to the fertilizing effects of the outer world (the Masculine).

So, a child whose mind is controlled by video games and standardized education is less likely to question and go deeper into himself which means he doesn't question the status quo.

As a whole, the women that took part in the women's liberation movement were on the right path towards liberation of women.   Yet, what they did not realize in many cases was their buying into a patriarchal system which, in turn, created men dressed up with feminine genitalia (think Clinton, Palin, etc).

What needs to fall is the Patriarchal system with its dominance and control ethos which is illustrated in Genesis when God tells Eve that She shall have the Man ruling over Her.   Again, this "curse" is not only on women specifically, but the inner world of all.   It is this curse that we need to work at getting beyond.

There are an infinite number of ways of doing this.   Each of us is different from how we make and receive love, what we enjoy, how we like to talk with our partner and how we like to be talked to.   We even differ to how we like to be looked at and how we look at our partner.   It's this inner world that we need to kindle and be comfortable with sharing.   It is this inner world that needs to be made love to by the external world and stop allowing for that inner world to be raped.

The eco-psychologist Daniel Quinn does a beautiful job at describing what happens to all of us through the reinterpretation of the Adam and Eve story of the Bible.   The primary message he gives is that the writing or telling of this story reflected a time at which human beings stopped evolving.   In other words, while our technology has grown exponentially, WE have not evolved at best and have devolved at worse.

This is the result of the suppression of the Feminine.   As any Mother knows, a baby is conceived within (in relation to the outer world, the Male) and is nursed by that Mother through the times the baby is en utero and through the times of infancy and childhood.   As the baby grows up, his powers are surrendered to the State / Industrial world which acts more like a pile of abusive rapists.
