The UN secretariat has repeatedly said that it is not authorized to demand mandatory vaccination of all participants in the General Assembly session but it was said about the UN headquarter in general, but not about the UNN debate hall.
Earlier, the United States issued a letter to the countries' missions to the United Nations calling for opting for video format of participation. However, US President Joe Biden reportedly plans to attend the UN GA high-level debates personally.

I hope it is clear to those who read this that I am not some stooge or planted quasi-journalist pumping up the credibility of Russian news media, not at all! It was after all Russian television that gave Robert Kennedy this great interview with Frank Ucciardo, a member of the United Nations Correspondents Association, an unusually honest interview on the subject of genocidal vaccines, which I watched several times, but can't find at all now! Maybe it ended up being scrubbed by YouTube like that great film DIED SUDDENLY got scrubbed and vanished from YouTube about a year ago.
