A press release went out to block coverage of Julian Assange's treatment in Belmarsh Prison, and all recipients of this "instruction" have been quite accommodating.

The U.N.'s Nils Melzer is very critical of the mainstream media's block on any press regarding Julian Assange's mental torture. I tried inputting the code for sharing the video, but there are two equal signs and the video visuals would not show up in the Commons area. And using the title failed to work. Nonsense about Julian Assange (and others) is covered by the press... but not the torture. And, to add some salt to this wound, the judge put on his case, Judge Arbuthnot, who will not recuse herself, was, rather directly, affected by Assange. Her husband was included in a leak.
This goes far beyond mainstream media censorship.
