The Congress of the United States just made it official. The Constitution is no more and government and the president can do anything it wants and never be charged with a crime. Nor does Congress have any role to play in making laws other than rubber stamping what the president desires. Further we can’t even sue the people who are violating our Constitutional rights. This all was done by one vote by the House and another by the Senate.
Who are the treasonous people who voted for this overthrow of government by WE the People? It’s easier to list who didn’t vote for doing away with the Constitution. In the Senate only 28 brave people voted against this act of treason. Among those who voted for it we include Mr. Obama.
What is this overthrow of the Constitution? Granting of warrentless wiretapping authority to the President, something he has been doing with ATT and others help since a month into his administration, which was long before 9-11. In other words, they tossed out most of the Bill of rights. Including Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
They also tossed out this from the Constitution.
Section 9 - Limits on Congress
The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.
The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
Granting the Administration and Corporations immunity for crimes is a ex post facto law. However who will challenge this new law in court. Who can when the courts are now run by the administration also?
So now the government has the power to defend itself from We the People all the time. Because this was never about 9-11 it was about political spying. It was about big money and a government that has lost sight of what it’s supposed to do and who it’s supposed to serve..
