Your Bias Has Clouded Your Judgment

The UN Charter clearly differentiates a declared war, a defensive war and a preemptive war. There have been seven Arab/Israeli wars, six of which the Arabs opened hostilities preemptively. In June 1967 three Arab nations assembled massive armored columns on the Israeli borders and promised to annihilate the Jews. The UN later ruled that Israel out-numbered and out-gunned was in immediate danger and had the right to attack first.

Israelis trained Georgian forces in the use of US equipment provided by the USA. Israel traded this assistance for the right to use Georgian air bases. Israel did not participate in the invasion.
The Hezbollah opened Lebanon hostilities in 2006. The Palestinians opened hostilities in Gaza in 2006 and 2008. As Arabs attacked first in all occasions, the Israeli invasions were justified as defensive actions in all cases.

Gullible Norwegians and Americans confuse military victory with war crimes.
If the USA had any sense of self-preservation, she would attend the FBI and the US State Department selling US nuclear secrets to potentially hostile powers in the Middle East. Through Turkey the FBI has funneled secrets to Pakistan since 1996. She now has 44 nuclear weapons so compact they fit into suitcases and tactical missiles. The Pakis so hate the Indians both have massed most of their conventional forces on their common borders.

Taking advantage of this, the Taliban have conquered the northwest territories of Pakistan and are infiltrating the Punjab that contains the bulk of the population and of the nuclear facilities. The dim-witted American military believes wrongly that remote control drones can halt the Taliban infiltration and forestall the capture of the nuclear arsenal.

The Taliban hate the Americans for invading Afghanistan, for killing and torturing thousands of human beings native to the region and for the CIA promoting poppy growing. [The Taliban think heroin sale and use are immoral.]
Since any clever traveler can nuke an American city, the prudent citizen will move to a safer country such as Costa Rica.
Nations such as Costa Rica and Israel care for the welfare of their common people, because they are run by their common people.

Generally, Americans Prefer not to Deal with Reality

All week the FOX personalities have joked about torture, as if the victims don't suffer at all. They mock the Muslims, because they think of them as subhuman incapable of feeling pain or humiliation.
The conservatives believe they do not deserve punishment for killing, maiming or displacing millions of Muslims who did nothing to them.
Liberals such as Barack Obama profess sympathy for victims of torture. So far in history this has not translated into substantial prosecution of the torturers. After World War Two the Allies freed 153,000 concentration camp officials, administrators and guards. They had murdered 12 millions human beings.
Why did the Germans walk without punishment? Their victims included such people as homosexuals, Muslims, Jews, Slavs, labor unionists, Communists, democratic socialists and many others considered sub humans by many white Germans and Europeans.
The reality is that Muslims constitute one-fifth of the planet's population. Yet, Obama is reluctant to punish their torturers.
If the US cities vanish under mushroom clouds, the Americans have only themselves to blame.
