How often do we here the phrase, "The president can't fight a war without the support of the American people"?

I think I have heard almost every single pompous, pontificating Congressional con-artist mouth this exact same phrase on TV recently.

And yet, here we go, with President Bush pushing ahead and prosecuting escalation of this Iraq oil-war, and soon even expanding the oil-war to Iran and the greater Middle East without the support of the American people ---- in fact, in direct contradiction to the will of the American people.

This contradiction of, 'The president can't wage war without the support of the American people", and "Bush IS waging war completely without the support (and entirely against thte will) of the American people" is resolved because Bush is not acting as a president --- but as an Emperor.

Perhaps presidents can't wage war without the support of their citizens, but clearly and historically Emperors can wage war (and generally do wage war) without the consent of the people, because people (peons, serfs, peasants, etc) in an Empire are not self-governing men --- they are subject to the will of the Emperor ---- whether he is Caesar, Henry VIII, Napoleon, Wilhelm, Hitler, Hirohito, Stalin, etc.

So, this false comfort that the lying MSM and Congress pawns off on us that "The president can't wage war without the support of the American people" is absolute BS.

Bush is doing it!!

And since Congress, the media, financial powers, and all other elite imperial forces are just lying to us and helping enable the Emperor Bush to do exactly that --- expand war without limit --- the people themselves have the authority to directly intervene in their own self-government.

"When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people ......

Hey guys, we're here again. At the point where the First American Revolution started.

The Second American Revolution is at hand --- one might say, "hand to hand" if need be.

The difference this time is that the Second American Revolution must insure that the battle of our revolution truly adheres to a philosophy of entirely combined political economy toward democracy, and away from empire. Democracy is not simply freedom and self-government of the politics of our lives --- but democracy of the economics of our lives. Only by closing the door to empire in terms of both political and economic power can democracy be secured and insured.
