Voter ID was promoted on the lie of "Voter Fraud" I hope Feinstein's Committee can get to the truth behind how we got disenfranchising Voter ID rules in place and end the "Voter Fraud" charade by exposing it. Now that we know that "voter fraud" is a fraud in and of itself, can we rebuke the repugnant rulings that enforce stringent voter ID rules nationwide? Voter ID was promoted on a lie, after all.

We NEED our HAVA money back Opinion on what action Ohio's Secretary of State should take to restore integrity to Ohio's elections without help from vendors but with help rather from citizens. Parks briefly reviews the origins of HAVA then argues for paper ballots in a process that will not involve enriching vendors and secret vote counts.

Brunner's recommendations long on money, short on transparency Secretary of State Brunner's Project Everest findings require her to demand vendors return HAVA money to pay for her new plan for optical scanners for Ohio. Brunner and Ohio neither have the time or money to implement recommendations that still do not give the satisfaction of real election transparency.

It is wrong to assume Ohio's SoS Jennifer Brunner ordered testing of Ohio's voting machines, the same machine that were tested and failed miserably in California-aahhh, but are they the same tests? With Batelle Institute conducting the tests and their long history with the CIA, I am deeply concerned. Why should I "assume" the tests are fair? We'll know December 14, 2007.

Ohio Election Justice Campaign, Justified Minimizing the election justice movement will not work anymore.Honest elections are serious business in a democracy.Our vote is the only franchise granted to citizens in a Democracy.In 2004[this]was denied. Those in the Ohio Election Justice movement know what happened.We were there.As we race blindly into a future without acknowledging the past, democracy,honest elections & the rule of law remain on schedule to self-destruct.

Down the Election Rabbit Hole and Back Again Immediately after the election of 2004,an aide to then Ohio Sen. DeWine,Mike Dawson,gathered editors at the Columbus Dispatch and basically told them there will be no investigations and not to bother with these many stories about the election. The message?"Everything went fine. Nothing happened.Nothing to see here. Move along now."I had jumped down the rabbit hole and the adventures in election wonderland commenced for me...
